This is a picture of my friend Josh Watson during a recording session we did a few weeks ago. I recorded him playing a lovely set of Tibetan bowls that he owns. This was the second recording of the bowls (to my knowledge) they were last used on some recordings Josh did w/ ED KUEPPER. YES, ED KUEPPER. If you don’t know who this is you should do some googling, chances are if you’re Australian or care about AUS music you will know. I am listening to the Bastard Theatre radio show now, which I feel perfectly compliments this post. Great radio voices, Andrew and Glen… they are playing Knee Chin who i’ve written about before.

Here are some photos from the last couple of months. Some of these are in previous posts but I thought they worked nicely as a little series. These pics were actually compiled for an assignment where we had to go out and take ‘homely’ pictures influenced by street photographers like Diane Arbus. Most people came back with photos of their cats or babies or whatever. Doing that seemed totally lame to me because I have neither - here are some photos of my friends, heroes and stuff I came across on the walk home.
